1. We ship to the 47 continental United States ONLY. However we do not recommend shipment or guarantee livability of plant material shipped to Florida, Texas, Arizona, or Nevada. Sorry, but we do not ship to California.

2. We ship throughout the normal planting season, April 1st through October 15th. We can ship through the hottest part of summer without any disappointing losses to you.

3. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA UPS Ground Shipping -- Exception -- For orders to be shipped more than 1,000 miles from New York, we strongly recommend 3-Day UPS Select Shipping ($8.00 + 10% of total dollar amount of order). Click here for a MAP to determine which shipping method you should choose, and details about shipping rates.

4. Most orders are shipped from the nursery within 5 to 7 days (including those shipped 3-Day Select ... the expedited shipping method is to insure that plants traveling over 1000 miles do not spend too long in transit. Please note that choosing 3-Day Select does not mean your order will be shipped from the nursery sooner than normal.) We cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival.

5. We make no charge for expert packing and you can be sure your order will arrive in good condition.

6. The nursery will not be responsible for orders cancelled after they have been shipped.

7. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 7% processing fee.

8. Any incorrect addresses for UPS will be charged $5 for ground shipment and $10 for three day select.
